GENERAL TERMS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN "Roof tiles for/from garbage"

1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER. GENERAL TERMS OF THE CAMPAIGN

1.1. The organizer of the Promotional campaign "Roof tiles for/from garbage" (the CAMPAIGN) is "Nadezh" Ltd., registered in the Trade Register and the Register of the National Register of Trade Unions - Registration Agency with EIK 126144101, with headquarters and management address in the city of Haskovo, "Veslets Street" 37, fl. 2 (ORGANIZER).
1.2. These General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up and published on the date of the start of the CAMPAIGN and are freely available on the website www.nordexbg.com throughout the period of the CAMPAIGN, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
1.3. THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to supplement or change the General Terms and Conditions in a way and time as it sees fit, and the changes come into force from the moment of publication on the website www.nordexbg.com
1.4. With each of his actions, which can be considered as participation, the participant agrees and accepts these General Terms and Conditions for participation in the CAMPAIGN, including their amendments and additions, effective at the relevant time.

CAMPAIGN DURATION AND VENUE

2.1. The CAMPAIGN takes place in the period from 12.05.2023 to 25.06.2023. incl., or while supplies last.
2.2. The campaign takes place according to the following schedule:

Work time
Friday – 12:00 – 19:00
Saturday and Sunday – 10:00 – 19:00

3. PARTICIPANTS IN THE CAMPAIGN

3.1. All citizens over the age of 18, as well as educational institutions, enterprises, state institutions, non-governmental organizations, legal entities and individuals, have the right to participate in the CAMPAIGN.
3.2. The ORGANIZER has the right, at its discretion, to exclude a participant from the CAMPAIGN if he does not meet the conditions for participation specified in these General Terms and Conditions and/or commits or attempts to commit abuse.

4. CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

4.1. Each eligible participant who wishes to participate in the CAMPAIGN should add the appropriate amount of one or more of the types of waste:
1. plastic waste
2. paper and cardboard
3. glass
4. textiles
5. electrical appliances
6. polyethylene
7. metals - /without cars/
8. wood waste

WASTE THAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - hazardous waste - domestic, production, construction; biological, medical, automotive-tires, plastics, coupes; liquid waste - paints, varnishes, oils, fuels, lubricants. Exceptions are accepted only in case of an organized cleaning with the cause "Let's clean up the area". When cleaning a certain area with a cause, all waste found during the cleaning is accepted.

4.2. Each participant with their own transport delivers their waste to the Nordex truck. It will be positioned at the appropriate place in the different cities. There, employees of the company examine whether the delivered waste meets the conditions and weigh it. In the event that the kilograms are not whole, they are rounded up after 5 in favor of the PARTICIPANT.
4.3. The PARTICIPANT receives this weight in tiles or shingles of his choice (from those currently available).
4.4. Each participant can receive up to 100 kg roof tiles and tiles, depending on what amount of waste is provided to the ORGANIZER, until the quantities provided for the purpose of the campaign are exhausted.
4.5 The PARTICIPANT receives tiles or roof tiles from the ORGANIZER immediately after the ORGANIZER accepts the waste.

5. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN

This CAMPAIGN may be terminated in the event of the occurrence of an event that constitutes a force majeure circumstance and/or in the event of the ORGANIZER's inability to fulfill its commitments under it, due to reasons beyond its control, including due to a change in legal requirements.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1. By participating in the CAMPAIGN, each participant, if necessary, provides personal data to the ORGANIZER.
6.2. The ORGANIZER processes personal data in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and its policy.
6.3. Refusal or withdrawal of consent to the collection, processing and use of a Participant's personal data may result in the inability to participate in the CAMPAIGN.

7. DISPUTES

7.1. By participating in this CAMPAIGN, participants agree to abide by and comply with all provisions and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. Any disputes regarding the conduct of this CAMPAIGN are resolved voluntarily. If this is impossible, they will be referred to the competent court for resolution.

8. OTHER PROVISIONS

8.1. The ORGANIZER is responsible for the proper storage and transportation to a landfill of the waste after receiving it from the PARTICIPANT.
8.2. The ORGANIZER does not offer transportation to and from the Nordex truck.
